Screen looks fine when it works. Sound has no bass, but not really expecting it.
Problems: Doesn't seem to connect to Macs very well. Starts fine but then can't detect signal though does detect cable. Meanwhile the laptop works as if theBenQ is functioning. Tried with 2 adaptor cables and in Mac and bootcamp - which work with other equipment. BenQ - Beware, evidently needs Querying ...

I bought this monitor about a month ago and I gotta say I'm REALLY DISAPPOINTED. It seems to work to specifications however the manufacturing process BenQ use is really shoddy. I have a few dead pixels on my monitor and when I contacted BenQ so that I could get it repaired or replaced under warranty I was informed that BENQ DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE MONITORS based on LOW QUALITY MANUFACTURING that results in dead pixels. Go to their website and see for yourself if you don't believe me, they even state it in their warranty card which unsurprisingly nobody tells you about before you actually buy it.
All I wanted was a monitor free of problems when I bought it. I will never buy a BenQ monitor again.
Problems: Dead Pixels, BenQ will not replace even while warranty is still only 1 month old.
